　 有人说她平凡，平凡得像春天的小草，然而人们从她平凡的事迹中品味出的却是照人的光彩。

　 有人说她的事业像向日葵．结出了满盘子粒丰硕的果实，而她致力的教学成果就是饱满果实的一部分。

　 她就是我校优秀骨干教师、“全国优秀教师”，江西省中小学教学指导委员会第一届成员、“中国教育学会、小学科学教育专业委员会学会优秀科学教师”、“南昌市优秀教师”、“江西省优秀自然教师”、南昌市科学学科带头人、“江西省优秀共青团员”、“南昌市优秀共青团员”、“东湖区优秀青年”、东湖区“十佳文明职工”、“东湖区优秀青年园丁”——***。

　 徐剑兰对待教学工作一丝不苟，从不因为自己是一位综合科教师而放松自己，当她刚刚接触到《自然》这门学科时，师父曾经对她说过：在小学所有的学科中，教《自然》这门课是最苦的，不仅课程内容深、课时多，而且还要花费大量的课余时间去研究和设计各种实验，老师付出的大量劳动时常得不到理解，也许还会遭到一些误解。另外，作为自然教师还要有广博的知识，不仅要懂物理、化学、生物、地理还要懂天文、环保、能源等十几门学科，因此还要花费许多时间给自己“充电”。这么辛苦，你不怕吗？徐剑兰笑了笑，心里想，《自然》课是一门有趣的课，随着“科教兴国”这句话逐渐深入人心，人们一定会逐渐认识到自然学科的重要性。自己苦点累点又有什么呢！抱着这一坚定的信念，她开始了在自然教学这条路上的探索。

　 她虚心好学、勤恳踏实、治学严谨。在她的不懈努力下，业务水平突飞猛进，从事自然教学的第二年就在全省上示范课，第三年就获得全省一等奖，成为省、市、区自然学科的业务骨干。也成为一位深受教师、学生、家长称赞、师德高尚的教师。徐剑兰特别热爱她的学生们，尤其是对那些调皮捣蛋的学生她总是耐心教育，给他们更多关注，及时发现他们的闪光点，表扬和鼓励他们，让他们重新找回自信。因此，她的课不仅好学生爱上，就连那些平时让老师头痛的学生也喜欢上。我校05届班是一个以调皮捣蛋出名的班级，全班男生占三分之二，因此，上课捣乱是常事，许多综合课老师甚至数学老师都怕上这个班的课。但是，这个班的孩子最爱上徐剑兰老师的自然课，在自然课上，他们个个守纪又活泼，而且能提出不少问题向老师置疑，就连该班的班主任也不得不向徐老师讨教：“你到底用什么‘魔法’让他们变得这么听话？”其实，徐剑兰老师并没有什么“魔法”，她拥有的是精湛的教学艺术和对学生的关爱和激励。由于师德高尚、业绩突出，被教育部授予“全国优秀教师称号”，破格评为小学高级教师。她的先进事迹刊登在了《江南都市报》上。

　 徐剑兰一贯严格要求自己，在业务上能努力学习，刻苦钻研，以高业务水平在群众中起表率作用。成为省、市、区科学学科的业务骨干。在教育教学和科研工作中，徐剑兰能坚持“敬业、爱生、守纪”和勇于开拓，尤其在素质教育和全面提高教育教学质量方面取得了突出成绩。在她的影响下，孩子们经常动手自制小作品，自己设计课内外的各种小实验，并且养成了严谨、认真的科学态度。课间十分钟，我们常常能看到孩子们围绕在她身边与她共同探讨自然科学的奥秘。

　 她多次参加全国、省、市、区各级优质课和优质论文评选均获一、二等奖，并多次代表省、市、区上观摩课，每一次都能获得专家及教师的好评。至今已获得各级各类奖项60余项。《信息技术与自然教学的整合》、《提高科学探究效果的基本策略》等多篇论文分别在《江西教育科研》和《江西教育》上发表。她多次代表省、市、区上观摩课，每一次都能获得专家及教师的好评。

　 成绩的取得，不仅没有成为她的“包袱”，而且还是她前进的动力。她积极投身教改试验，曾担任一个全国性课题和一个省级课题课题组长。即：全国学科“四结合”课题和江西省99招重点课题《运用信息技术优化小学自然非实验课的试验研究》以及“江西省保护野生生物项目”的课题。在各项试验中，她大胆改革，勇于创新，不断取得新成果。99年11月，在“南昌市特级教师，教坛明星风采展”活动中，她展示的一节利用多媒体课件的非实验课《骨骼》，受到在场专家、领导和教师的一致高度评价。在一次试验中，她大胆地把课堂搬进了机房。在《哺乳动物》这一课让学生自己操作计算机，从中查找出有关资料，自己进行探究。专家说：这是我省首次把自然课搬进了微机室，是一个创举。在设计制作这节课的课件时，徐剑兰老师花费了大量的心血和精力。为了收集各种哺乳动物以及长颈鹿、兔子、老虎这几种典型哺乳动物在外形特征、繁殖方式，喂养后代等这几方面的素材，她利用业余时间跑遍了南昌市的音像市场，动员了许多同事、同学帮助她收集这些素材；同时，她还在互联网上进行了搜索，从而获取了较充实的资料，为课件的制作做好了充分的准备。在制作课件时，她利用两个双休日，从早晨一直做到夜深人静，功夫不负有心人，她的这节课得到了区委书记、区长的高度赞扬，尤其是课件，不仅深受学生的喜爱，就连那些领导和专家也对其产生了浓厚的兴趣。

　 XX年10月，南昌市教育局举办的“XX·南昌基础教育课程改革教学成果展示研讨会”,她代表南昌市展示的一节科学课《听听声音》的精巧的教学设计，简洁适用的课件和教学机智赢得了全国科学教育专家盛晶晶的高度评价，充分展现了新课程改革后，南昌市小学科学教学的水平。由于业务过硬，业绩突出，她光荣当选江西省小学自然委员会常务理事，成为了全省最年轻的常务理事。XX年，她被中国教育学会、小学科学教育专业委员会评为2000——XX年度“优秀科学教师”。XX年，成为东湖区唯一一位，也是第一位被江西省教育厅聘为“江西省中小学教学指导委员会第一届成员”的教师。XX年1月，通过层层选拔和专业考试，从众多佼佼者中脱颖而出，成为南昌市第三批学科带头人。现在的**已经成长为专家型教师，经常受省、市、区教研室的邀请参加命题、当评委、做讲座。

　 “一枝独秀不是春，百花齐放春满园。”**不但自己取得了骄人的成绩，而且还注重培养青年教师。在她培养和指导的青年教师中，有一位获全国优质课一等奖；两位获省优质课一等奖；若干位获区教学竞赛一、二等奖。她经常把锻炼的机会和荣誉让给青年教师。一次，组织学生参加区实验操作比赛的赛前培训时，她发现几位任教科学课时间不长的年轻教师对实验的把握不够准确，辅导学生很费力，收效又不大。眼看比赛时间临近，她立即召集所有参赛选手，亲自对他们培训、辅导，比赛当天，她亲自带队，一路上提醒学生实验时的注意事项。成绩出来了，八位参赛选手中有两位获一等奖，两位获二等奖，三位获三等奖，总成绩全区第一。可是“辅导教师”那一栏中，却没有她的名字。因为在填写报名表时，在“辅导教师”这一栏中，她填上的是其他三位科学老师的名字。诸如此类的事例，不胜枚举。

　 在工作中，***同志总是一心为公，从不计较个人得失，国土资源文秘网收集能够充分发挥吃苦耐劳的精神。XX年暑假对**来说是一个繁忙的暑假，此时适逢党员先进性教育活动和“两基”迎检准备时间以及南昌市创建文明城市三个大型活动。身为先进性教育办公室主任的她工作已经十分繁琐了，经常是白天搞活动，晚上加班整理材料，赶写当天的通讯报道。时常还要顾及“两基”工作，上门摸底，统计数据。那段时间，身体状况本来就不佳的她无论在体力还是在精神上几乎快透支了。支部书记、学校老师了解她的情况，在创建文明城市活动中减少了她的工作量。可她总认为自己作为一名共产党员，一定要首先做到吃苦在前，享受在后，勇挑重担，树立好新时期的党员形象。她依然和其他党员一样，白天、晚上都蹲在社区做宣传、清楼道，一直坚持到活动结束，从未请过一天假，而她却更加消瘦了。
