聚维酮碘洗液配合苦参凝胶治疗细菌性阴道病200例观察 聚维酮碘乳膏

摘要：细菌性阴道病是育龄期妇女最常见的阴道感染性疾病。它与滴虫、霉菌、淋菌等引起的阴道炎不同之处在于其局部无明显炎症，且约有10%～50%的患者无任何症状与体征。细菌性阴道病可引起盆腔炎、阴道炎等，妊娠期患有细菌性阴道病容易导致绒毛膜或羊膜炎、胎膜早破及早产。目前临床治疗细菌性阴道病主要是口服或阴道局部放置抗生素，短期内有效，但停药后容易复发，2007 年1 ～10 月我们采用聚维酮碘洗液配合苦参凝胶治疗细菌性阴道病取得了满意的效果。

Abstract: bacterial vaginosis in women of childbearing age is the most common vaginal infections diseases. It is associated with Trichomonas, mold, such as gonococcus vaginitis caused by the difference in the local without significant inflammation, and about 10% to 50% of patients without any symptoms and signs. Bacterial vaginal disease can cause pelvic inflammatory disease, such as vaginitis, pregnancy with bacterial vaginosis easily lead to chorioamnionitis or chorioamnionitis, premature rupture of membranes and preterm delivery. At present clinical treatment of bacterial vaginosis is oral or vaginal placement of antibiotics, the short-term, but easy to relapse after stopping, in 2007 1 ~ October we use of povidone iodine solution with Kushen gel in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis and satisfactory results are obtained

我们采用聚维酮碘洗液配合苦参凝胶治疗细菌性阴道病，取得了良好的效果，现报道如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料:对来我站2011年6月至2012年1月门诊治疗细菌性阴道病患者，行白带常规实验室检查，阴道镜检查，确诊为滴虫102例，霉菌98例，阴道清洁度Ⅲ°，年龄20-48岁，平均年龄34岁，全部为经产妇，并要求接受治疗。分为两组：A组100例，采用市售聚维酮碘洗液清洁阴道，配合自由选择阴道栓剂。B组100例，采用市售聚维酮碘洗液清洁阴道，配合苦参凝胶（贵阳新天药业股份有限公司生产）治疗，两组年龄、产次、节育措施比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。
1.2 治疗方法:A组：行聚维酮碘洗液按说明使用，清洁阴道后，放置自选特异性阴道栓共7-14天。B组，采用聚维酮碘洗液按说明使用，清洁阴道后，配合苦参凝胶注入阴道7-14天，待停药3天后，行阴道镜检查，取白带实验室检查。
1.3 疗效判定：治愈：阴道白带清洁度Ⅰ°-Ⅱ°滴虫、霉菌均为（-）。无效：白带清洁度Ⅲ0以上，滴虫（+）、霉菌（+）。
1.4 结果:A组：治愈35例，显效45例。B组：治愈90例，显效10例。两组比较，B组治愈率高于A组，差异有统计学意义（P
