    专科医院新聘职工岗前培训工作的实践思考

      [摘要] 目的 通过对专科医院新聘职工开展岗前培训工作进行实践探索,研究一套行之有效的岗前培训模式并运用于实践,从而提升专科医院新聘职工专业技能、医疗意识以及团结协作精神。 方法 研究对象为安徽省肿瘤医院2014~2018年间新聘551名职工,利用集团化医院管理模式开展岗前培训展开研究。 结果 通过对我院新员工5年的培训效果进行对比分析,选取参加培训的477名职工进行调查,并利用SPSS17.0软件进行χ2检验,统计结果显示新员工在每个年度对医院综合满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),培训后新员工对医院满意度、岗位职责知晓情况等改善,新员工工作主动性、积极性明显提高,岗前培训效果显著。 结论 通过对新聘员工岗前培训相关内容进行分析,完善专科医院的岗前培训体系,强化新进人才培养,为医院发展打好基础。

      [Abstract] Objective Through the practice exploration of the pre-job training in newly-employed staff in the specialized hospitals, to develop an effective pre-employment training model and apply it to practice, so as to enhance the professional skills, medical awareness and solidarity of newly recruited staff in specialized hospitals. Methods A total of 551 employees newly recruited into Anhui Cancer Hospital during 2014-2018 were selected, and the pre-employment training was carried out using the group hospital management model. Results Through the comparative analysis of the training effect of the new employees in our hospital for 5 years, 477 employees who participated in the training were selected for investigation, and the statistical analysis of the chi-square test was carried out by SPSS17.0 software. The statistical results showed that the difference of new employees" satisfaction with the hospital was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the training, the new employees improved the hospital satisfaction and job responsibilities, and the new employees" work initiative and enthusiasm improved significantly. The effect of pre-job training was remarkable. Conclusion Through the analysis of the pre-employment training content of newly hired employees, the pre-employment training system of the specialized hospitals can be improved, and the new staff training can be strengthened to lay a solid foundation for the development of the hospital.

      近年來,随着新医改政策与医院集团发展模式的深入实施,专科医院日渐发展壮大,医院新聘人员数量与质量也逐年攀升。专科医院新聘员工专业类别、学历层次、职称年龄结构等越来越趋于合理。为了进一步提升医院招聘人员素质与质量,从2014~2018年5年间,笔者所在的安徽省肿瘤医院(以下简称我院)按照安徽省立医院集团统一管理模式,不断完善探索和实践新聘员工岗前培训方法、内容以及形式,建立起一套符合医院自身发展的岗前培训制度。经历多年的建设发展,我院现已为安徽地区唯一一所集医教研、预防、急诊急救为一体的三甲肿瘤专科医院。目前医院实际开放床位数1100张,在院病人约1200人,设有肿瘤内科、肿瘤外科、妇瘤科以及儿童血液病诊治中心等38个科室,6个学科,25个亚专科及病区,行政职能科室16个,拥有在职职工1229人,其中博士26人、硕士生286人;正高32人、副高67人、中级311人。从编制床位与人员、年门诊量、学科建设以及技术人才方面,我院在安徽省专科医院排名前列[1,2]。
