    饼肥与化肥配施对植烟土壤无机氮供应及相关酶活性的影响

      摘要: 以烤烟品种NC55为材料,研究了豆饼与化肥配施对植烟土壤无机氮素供应及相关酶活性的影响。结果表明:土壤中无机氮素含量在烤烟移栽后第50天达到最大值,此期70%化肥+30%饼肥处理土壤中无机氮素含量高于其他处理;单施化肥处理其土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、硝酸还原酶低于化肥与豆饼配施的处理;70%饼肥+30%化肥处理的蔗糖酶、脲酶、硝酸还原酶活性均在烟草需肥关键时期高于其他处理。

      AbstractTaking tobacco cultivar NC55 as material, the effects of combined application of soybean cake fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer on inorganic nitrogen supplication and related enzyme activity in tobacco planting soil were studied. The results indicated that the soil inorganic nitrogen content reached the maximum at 50th day after tobacco transplanted, and the treatment of 30% soybean cake and 70% inorganic fertilizer had higher content than the others. The soil sucrase, urease and nitrate reductase activity of the treatment of only inorganic fertilizer were always below than other treatments. Combined application of 70% soybean cake and 30% inorganic fertilizer had higher sucrase, urease and nitratase activity than the others in the tobacco growing critical period.

      饼肥在土壤中腐解过程中会释放大量的有机酸、氨基酸以及高级脂肪酸[1],从而提高土壤的有机营养成分,改善土壤的理化性质。大量研究表明,饼肥与化肥配施可以提高烟叶的产质量[2~6],改善土壤理化性质。韩锦锋、杨雨萍等[7,8]研究表明,饼肥与化肥配施处理下的烟叶香气成分含量较单施化肥处理高。武雪萍等[9]研究表明,饼肥与化肥配施提高了烟叶内部饱和脂肪酸的含量,而不饱和脂肪酸及亚麻酸、亚油酸含量降低,烟碱比适宜,化学成分协调,品质提高。土壤酶是土壤中具有催化活性的物质,其活性是土壤肥力的重要指标[10]。现有研究成果及生产实践表明,饼肥对于土壤理化性质及烟叶的品质都有促进作用。然而,饼肥与化肥配施影响土壤氮素供应的机理研究较少。为此本试验研究了饼肥与化肥配施对不同时期土壤无机氮含量以及土壤中与氮素变化相关的硝酸还原酶、脲酶及蔗糖酶活性变化的影响,探讨饼肥与化肥配施影响土壤氮素供应的机理。
      1材料与方法
      1.1试验材料
      试验于2013年在山东省安丘市景芝镇逄家庄烟叶农场进行。供试土壤为潮土,0~20 cm土层基本理化性状:土壤pH 5.4,有机质1.21%,碱解氮64.0 mg/kg,速效磷66.0 mg/kg,速效钾129 mg/kg。供试烤烟品种为NC55。豆饼的氮磷钾含量分别为:N 5.3%、P2O5 1.7%、K2O 1.5%。化肥分别为:太阳岛牌烟草专用复合肥(N 10%、P2O5 10%、K2O 20%),过磷酸钙(P2O5 12%),硫酸钾(K2O 50%)。
