城市大型活动的交通问题研究综述

　　[摘要]交通问题一直都是城市地理学研究的重要内容，随着城市的发展，交通拥堵问题也越发严重，究其原因，交通网络的不均衡分布和交通设施供需之间的错位是导致城市空间无序发展，以及结构与功能错位的重要影响因素。通过对城市在大型活动时引起的交通问题的相关研究进行梳理，从城市地理学的角度总结了城市交通问题产生的原因，并将其总结为“三个错位”，即交通网络与城市空间结构的错位、城市空间结构与交通流量分布的错位、人类空间行为与交通设施的错位。在此基础上，梳理了国内外关于城市大型活动的研究方向，发现大多数学者研究的重点集中于大型活动场馆周围的交通预测和交通分配模型的建立，而实时的探测较少;也有学者从时空行为的视角研究了大型活动期间人流出行的空间分布特征，试图从规划的角度对承载大型活动场馆周围的交通设施及网络建设与管理提出科学的建议。最后展望了未来地理大数据对于大型活动交通研究的影响和趋势。

　　Literature Review of Traffic Problems in Largescale
　　Urban Activities

　　Abstract： Traffic problems have always been an important part of urban geography research. With the expansion of city， traffic congestion become more serious， and the uneven distribution of traffic networks and the mismatch between supply and demand of transportation facilities are leading to the important factors affecting the disorderly development of urban space and the misalignment of structure and function obviously. In the context of largescale activities， this paper has carried out a lot of research on the related activities of urban largescale activities and transportation， summed up the causes of urban traffic problems from the perspective of urban geography， and summarized them as “three mismatch”： the mismatch of traffic network and urban spatial structure; the mismatch of urban spatial structure and traffic flow distribution; the mismatch of human spatial behavior and transportation facilities. This paper reviews the domestic and overseas research contents of largescale urban activities. It is found that the existing scholars focus more on the construction of traffic prediction and traffic assignment models around largescale event venues， and less on realtime detection. On the other hand， some scholars have studied the spatial distribution characteristics of people
　　’s travels during largescale activities from the perspective of time and space behavior， and tried to propose scientific advice on traffic facilities and construction of traffic network around largescale event venues from the perspective of planning. At last， we discuss the impact of future geographic big data on the research of largescale activities.

　　0引言
　　交通問题长期以来一直都是城市发展亟待解决的重要议题，一方面，互联网和信息化改变了居民的出行次数、距离和出行方式，居民的出行需求变得多样化[1];另一方面，随着社会经济的发展，城市越来越多地承载了一些在某些特殊时段引起交通需求非正常增长的活动。美国联邦公路局最早在1988年就对已规划特殊事件（planned special events，大型活动）进行了定义，即已规划的在特定的时间和地点发生的能引起交通需求不正常增长的特殊事件，包括体育活动、游行、国家庆典、国际峰会、节日集会、焰火表演等[2]。而后，美国联邦公路局对大型活动进一步定义为“引起交通需求的非正常增长”的事件，而这其中所述的“事件”不包括由于交通事故或者建设养护行为产生的以及自然灾害引起的阻碍交通流通的事故。对于城市承载的这类已规划的特殊事件引起的交通问题，与正常时期交通问题的区别在于，大型活动在很短的时间、很小的空间内汇聚大量的人流、车流，并且汇聚起始点空间分布不均，因此，大型活动对交通规划的随机性、可预知性安全要求高。当代人文地理学在应用中不断发展，研究内容从科学主义导向走向人本主义导向[3]，其研究要素也经历了从挖掘地理格局到推演过程机制的转变。
