阿根廷利索公司大豆根瘤菌剂对大豆结瘤及产量的影响

摘要[目的]验证阿根廷利索公司大豆根瘤菌剂与北方大豆主栽品种的结瘤能力。[方法]以黑河43号为供试品种，采用完全随机区域排列方式，设5个处理，每个处理用不同的大豆根瘤菌剂（Rizoliq Top、Rizoliq Top + Premax、Signum +Premax-Signum、LLI + Premax-LLI）进行拌种，调查大豆植株的生长性状和小区产量。[结果]Rizoliq Top菌剂数量为国家标准最低标准的5.2倍；包衣后种子带菌量为5.48×104 CFU/mL；菌剂Rizoliq Top+Premax和LLI + Premax-LLI在荚数、粒数、百粒重方面与对照相比差异不显著，但均高于对照，产量显著高于对照，分别增产14.32%和22.96%。[结论]大豆根瘤菌Rizoliq Top+Premax和LLI+Premax-LLI与黑河43号相互适配性好，增产效果显著。Signum+Premax-Signum和Rizoliq Top与黑河主栽品种黑河43号大豆适配性差或不适应黑河环境，导致增产效果不理想。

Abstract[Objective] To test the nodulation ability of rhizobia inoculants produced by Rhizobacter Argentina S.A. to nodulate host legume plants of main soybean cultivar in the north of China. [Method] By adopting the randomized complete block design， five treatments were designed with Heihe 43 as the tested varieties. Different soybean nitragins （Rizoliq Top， Rizoliq Top + Premax， Signum +PremaxSignum， LLI + PremaxLLI） were used for each treatment. The growth traits and plot yield of soybean plant were investigated. [Result] Rizoliq Top was 5.2 times of the minimum standards in national standards. The number of rhizobium after coating was 5.48×104 CFU/mL. Rizolip Top+Premax and LLI+PremaxLLI were higher than CK in pod number and seed number per plant and 100seed weight， but there were no significant differences. The yields were obviously higher than that in CK， which increased by14.32% and 22.96%， respectively. [Conclusion] Rizoliq Top+Premax and LLI+PremaxLLI have a good mutual compatibility with Heihe 43， showing significant yield increasing effects. The unsatisfactory performances of Signum+PremaxSignum and Rizoliq Top are possibly due to their poor adaptation to Heihe43 which is the main soybean cultivar， or they are not suited to climatic conditions of Heihe city.

黑龙江省作为我国大豆种植大省，在20世纪就曾尝试推广接种根瘤菌技术[1-2]，但由于根瘤菌剂质量不稳定和使用方法不当，推广效果不理想。近年来，农户开始逐渐采用这项菌剂技术，其增产抗病效果已得到农户的认可。目前，黑龙江省应用大豆根瘤菌剂可增产10%以上，效果显著[3-5]。黑河43号大豆品种是黑龙江省农业科学院黑河分院选育的优良品种，是黑龙江省的主栽品种之一，目前已累计种植333余万hm2。笔者研究了阿根廷利索公司的根瘤菌剂产品在黑龙江主栽大豆品种上的应用效果，旨在为提高该省大豆产量与品质提供科学依据。
1材料与方法
1.1试验材料试验地点设在黑龙江省农业科学院黑河分院试验地，土壤类型为草甸暗棕壤，土壤理化性质：土壤速效氮含量219.7 mg/kg，速效磷（P2O5）含量115.9 mg/kg，速效钾（K2O）含量163.0 mg/kg，pH（水∶土=2.5∶1）5.32，有机质含量30.7 g/kg。供试品种为黑河43号，由黑龙江省农业科学院黑河分院提供。供试大豆根瘤菌菌剂为Rizoliq Top、Signum和LLI，由阿根廷利索公司提供。供试根瘤菌保护剂为Premax、Premax-Signum、Premax-LLI，由阿根廷利索公司提供。其中，Rizoliq Top菌剂可以单独使用，也可以与保护剂Premax配合使用，Signum和LLI菌剂必须与相对应的保护剂Premax-Signum、Premax-LLI配合使用。
