从２００８年北京奥运遗产展望广州２０１０年亚运遗产

摘要:北京奥运会在申办、筹办与举办的过程中始终秉承人文奥运理念,以创新的理念、艺术的视角彰显传统文化的积淀,以天地万物,唯人为贵的理念建设着人文与自然环境,以海纳百川的开放姿态融汇中西文化、展现独特魅力,诠释出中华传统文化的厚重之美。广州亚运会应借鉴北京奥运会的成功经验,在筹备过程中注重规划、创新,做到体育性与超体育性,有形性与无形性,本土化与全球化,传统、现代与未来的融合、协调。通过会徽、吉祥物、宣传画等的设计,开闭幕式等的文艺表演彰显岭南文化特色,展现历史名城风采。通过加大对体育设施、历史文化名城保护与修缮、城市环境改善等投入力度,提高市民的生活质量,吸引更多的外国客人来广州观光旅游和投资。在保护与传承的同时进行合理开发,充分发挥亚运文化遗产的教育、文化功能和多元价值,促进体育、文化、经济等方面可持续性发展。广州亚运会的举办将给亚洲、世界奥林匹克运动、广州留下一笔可观的亚运文化遗产。

Heritage from Guangzhou Asian Games 2010 from the perspective of
heritage from Beijing Olympic Games 2008

Abstract: The Beijing Olympic Games carried on the humanistic Olympics conception all the way throughout the processes of application, preparation and holding, highlighted the essence of traditional Chinese culture with innovative conceptions and from perspective of art, built humanistic and natural environments with the conception of people being the most valuable in the universe, blended Chinese and western cultures with a compatible attitude, showed its unique charm, and interpreted the profound beauty of traditional Chinese culture. The Guangzhou Asian Games should refer to the successful experiences of the Beijing Olympic Games, in the process of preparation, focus on planning and innovation, blend and coordinate sports nature and super sports nature, tangible things and intangible things, localization and globalization, tradition, modern and future; highlight the features of Lingnan culture and show the charm of the historically famous city via the design of the emblem, mascot, poster and such, as well as via artistic performances on the opening and closing calibrations; enhance citizen life quality and attract more foreign visitors to visit and invest Guangzhou via strengthening the protection and repair of sports facilities and the historically and culturally famous city, and the improvement of city environment; at the same time of protection and inheritance, carry out rational exploitation, fully exert the educational and cultural functions and diversified values of the cultural heritages of the Asian Games, and boost the sustainable development of sport, culture and economy. The holding of the Guangzhou Asian Games will leave Asia, the world Olympic movement and Guangzhou a handsome heritage from the culture of the Asian Games.

2001年7月13日,中国申奥成功之际,国际奥委会对北京的评估报告中用了一句独特而从未用过的评语,那就是“北京举办奥运会,将给中国和世界体育运动留下独一无二的遗产”。2008年9月17日,当鸟巢上空的残奥会圣火缓缓熄灭的时候,北京奥运,留下了太多宝贵的遗产:
——方便、快捷、四通八达的公共交通网络和人性化的无障碍设施;
——彰显着中国科技发展和人文色彩的奥运场馆;
——青山、碧水、绿地、蓝天的生态城市;
——显而易见的经济遗产;
——潜移默化的精神遗产;
……
可以说,北京奥运会留下的遗产是涉及到社会、经济、文化各个方面的,是庞大而又细微的,很难完全给予概括,但其中包含的一些特色与理念,对2010年广州亚运会挖掘广州特有的历史文化,融合体育运动包含的人本主义、和谐精神,提升当地文化及亚运文化遗产的历史、科学、艺术价值,提供与国际文化交流的平台,发挥亚运文化功能,使其文化效益与经济效益获得双赢,以及丰富广州亚运非物质文化遗产等方面将有着积极的借鉴价值。
