养阴益气类中药组方治疗肺纤维化的临床分析

【摘要】 目的：探究特發性肺纤维化患者采取养阴益气类中药组方进行治疗获得的临床效果。方法：选取2016年9月-2017年6月在本院呼吸内科收治的120例气阴两虚特发性肺纤维化患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组、研究1组和研究2组，每组40例。对照组采取常规西医治疗，研究1组在常规西医治疗基础上实施益气养阴、散结化瘀方治疗，研究2组在常规西医治疗基础上实施中药方剂补肺化纤方治疗。比较三组治疗前后肺功能指标变化、6 min步行试验、血氧饱和度（SpO2）、中医症状积分，通过Borg量表评分对每组患者呼吸困难情况进行评定。结果：治疗前，三组患者的6MWD、SpO2、Borg评分、肺功能指标及中医症状积分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后，对照组6MWD、SpO2、肺功能指标均明显低于研究1、2组，中医症状积分和Borg评分均明显高于研究1、2组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。此外研究1、2组患者的各项临床观察指标比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：相比常规西医治疗，中医养阴益气法对特发性肺纤维化疗效更好，因此可在临床中将中医疗法进行推广，以提升特发性肺纤维化患者的疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese compound nourishing Yin and reinforcing Qi on patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Method：A total of 120 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis deficient in Qi and Yin treated in respiratory medicine department of our hospital from September 2016 to June 2017 were selected as study objects.According to the random number table method，they were divided into control group，study group 1 and study group 2 respectively，40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine，the study group 1 was treated with the therapy of reinforcing Qi and nourishing Yin and removing stasis on the basis of routine western medicine treatment，the study group 2 was treated with chinese medicine formulae for tonifying the lung and removing fibrosis on the basis of routine western medicine treatment. The changes of pulmonary function index，6-minute walk test and SpO2，TCM symptom score before and after treatment were compared.The Borg scale score was used to assess the dyspnea situation of patients in each group.Result：There were no significant differences in the 6-minute walk test and SpO2，Borg scores，indexes of pulmonary function and TCM symptom scores of three group before treatment （P>0.05）.After treatment，the 6-minute walk test，SpO2 and indexes of pulmonary function in the control group were significantly lower than those in the study group 1 and 2，the scores of TCM symptom and Borg were significantly higher than those in the study group 1 and 2，the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.In addition，there were no significant differences in clinical indexes between the study group 1 and 2 （P>0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with routine western medicine treatment，traditional Chinese compound nourishing Yin and reinforcing Qi has better therapeutic effect on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis，therefore traditional Chinese medicine therapy should be promoted in clinic treatment，so as to improve the effect of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
