人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘 要 2015年12月我院获批省级示范项目建设立项单位，探索创新人才培养模式，是进一步深化改革的必然选择。省级示范项目建设之一的学前教育专业建设，首当其冲的建设内容就是人才培养模式改革，根据学前教育专业发展、幼教行业实际需求、百年师范教育传承，创新提出了“校园融合、知行并进”的人才培养模式构建理念。本文以渭南职业技术学院学前教育专业为例，从培养模式改革、课程体系构建、实训基地建设、教学方法创新、考核方式改革、校园合作等方面完整总结高职学前教育专业人才培养模式探索与实践做法，有一定的示范借鉴意义。

Exploration and Practice of Talent Training Mode
——Take Preschool education Major of Weinan Vocational & Technical College as an example

Abstract In December 2015， our college approved the establishment of provincial demonstration projects， exploring innovative talents training mode is the inevitable choice for further deepening reform. The construction of preschool education in the construction of a provincial demonstration project is the first of the construction content， which is the reform of talent training mode. According to the development of the preschool education， the actual needs of the preschool education industry and the inheritance of a hundred years of normal education， the concept of "campus integration， knowing and doing and entering" is put forward. This paper， taking the preschool education major of Weinan Vocational and Technical College as an example， summarizes the exploration and practice of the training mode of preschool education professionals from the aspects of the reform of training mode， the construction of the curriculum system， the construction of practical training base， the innovation of teaching methods， the reform of the methods of examination， and the cooperation of the campus.

渭南職业技术学院前身蒲城师范学校于1994年设立幼儿教育专业，2005年7月合校升格为大专，2009年开设高职学前教育专业以来，该专业已为渭南地区培养三千余名毕业生，专业建设取得了一定的成果。研究我院学前教育专业“校园融合、知行并进”的人才培养模式及实践，是我院省示范子项目建设需要，可以提高我院学前教育专业人才培养质量。
1 人才培养模式探索的背景
我校学前教育专业经过三年的探索，2016年，创新形成了高职学前教育专业“校园融合，知行并进”人才培养模式及人才培养方案。其后选取班级进行实验，并根据实施过程逐步进行修订，在专业建设、课程改革、师资保障、实训条件、教科研等方面都取得了一定成果。至此，我校 “校园融合，知行并进”的人才培养模式趋于成熟。
2 人才培养模式探索的主要内容
2.1 创新 “校园融合，知行并进”人才培养模式
“校园融合”即指校内教学要求与幼儿园教师岗位要求相融合、专业课程标准与幼儿园教师专业标准相融合、课程考评与幼儿教师七项基本技能（讲、弹、唱、跳、编、画、做）相结合、学校文化与幼儿园文化相融合；“知行并进”是指在学前教育专业人才培养过程中注重知识与技能的贯通，强调培养学生的职业行为能力，并将创新创业教育渗透到整个培养过程中，力争将学生培养成为“懂理论、精教学、善沟通、会管理”的高素质技术技能人才。
“校园融合、知行并进”的人才培养模式，坚持立德树人，坚持“六业贯通、六大融合”，促进学生在德、智、体、美诸方面全面发展。培养思想政治坚定、徳技并修、全面发展，具有一定的科学文化水平、良好的职业道德，掌握幼儿教师工作的业务流程、技能和方法等专业技术技能，具备认知能力、合作能力、创新能力、职业能力等支撑终身发展、适应时代要求的关键能力，具有较强的就业创业能力，面向各级各类幼儿园、各种早教机构、培训学校等，能够从事保教、管理等工作的高素质劳动者和技术技能型人才。
