针灸推拿在农村卫生适宜技术中的应用现状调查

[摘要] 目的 调查针灸推拿在农村卫生适宜技术中的应用现状，针对农村地区针灸推拿适宜技术应用情况进行分析，找出影响针灸推拿在农村卫生适宜技术推广的问题所在，并为实际推广应用针灸推拿适宜技术提供科学依据。方法 对该次研究中，基于2015年4—11月期间，农村A地区针灸推拿在农村卫生适宜技术的应用情况进行问卷调查分析，发放100份调查问卷，提取医生问卷中4项针灸推拿技术数据，并对数据进行统计分析，调查实际在农村卫生适宜技术中针灸推拿的应用现状。结果 通过问卷调查，返回100份有效问卷，70%的医生认同在农村卫生适宜技术中应用针灸推拿，有30%的医生对应用针灸推拿持观望态度。结论 在农村卫生适宜技术中可以应用针灸推拿，并且农村基层医务人员也认同应用针灸推拿，这对未来将针灸推拿适宜技术推广到农村地区基层医院，提升农村群众看病疗效方面，发挥积极应用效益，可进一步在实践中落实农村应用针灸推拿的长效决策。

Research on the Application of Acupuncture and Massage in Rural Health Appropriate Technology

[Abstract] Objective To survey of acupuncture and massage in rural appropriate health technology application status， for rural areas， acupuncture， massage， suitable application technology analysis， to find out the effect of acupuncture and massage in rural appropriate health technology extension problem sit in， and for practical application provide an appropriate technology to provide a scientific basis for acupuncture and massage. Methods In this study， based on April 2015 to Norember， a rural area of acupuncture and massage in the application of appropriate technologies for rural health of questionnaire survey analysis， 100 questionnaires issued， extraction doctor questionnaire in four acupuncture and massage technique data， and logarithm according to statistical analysis， the survey in rural health appropriate technology in acupuncture and massage application status. Results Through the questionnaire survey， 100 questionnaires were returned， 70% of the doctors to support the application of acupuncture and massage in rural health appropriate technology， 30% of the doctors on the application of acupuncture and massage with a wait-and-see attitude. Conclusion The conclusion is in rural appropriate health technology can be applied acupuncture and massage， and rural grassroots medical staff also supports the application of acupuncture and massage， which for the future will appropriate acupuncture and massage technique is extended to rural area grass-roots hospital， enhance rural residents medical efficacy aspects play positive effect in application， can be further in practice to implement long-term decision of rural applied acupuncture and massage.
