上海市普陀区社区居民医疗卫生服务需求现状研究

摘 要 目的：對上海市普陀区社区居民进行健康状况及卫生服务需求调查，旨在提升社区卫生服务质量和居民满意度。方法：于2017年5—10月采取分层随机抽样法抽取普陀区10家社区卫生服务中心所辖10家居委会、每家30名居民作为调查对象。发出问卷300份，收回275份，有效问卷回收率为91.67%。结果：275名居民中，60岁以上老年人居多（49.82%），罹患慢性病的172名（62.55%），患病时首选社区卫生服务中心就诊的158名（57.45%），选择医疗机构的标准主要为离家近、医疗技术好、价格便宜，居民认为最难获得的社区卫生服务是住院服务（53.09%），居民对社区卫生服务的满意度为83.63%，对社区卫生服务中心的服务态度满意度为93.09%。结论：社区居民对社区卫生服务的需求较大，全科医生在基层医疗卫生服务中发挥着举足轻重的作用，进一步加强社区卫生服务能力建设对促进基层医疗卫生事业的可持续发展有着重要意义。

Research of the current situation of medical and health service demand of community residents in Putuo District， Shanghai

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the health status and the health service demand of community residents in Putuo District in order to improve the quality of community health services and residents’ satisfaction. Methods： From May to October 2017， 30 residents in each 10 household health committees under the jurisdiction of 10 community health service centers were selected as the survey objects by stratified random sampling. Three hundred questionnaires were sent out， 275 were recovered and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 91.67%. Results： Among the 275 residents， the majority were over 60 years old（49.82%）， 172 residents（62.55%） suffered from chronic diseases， and 158（57.45%） residents were preferred to visit community health service centers when they were ill， the criteria for choosing a medical institution were mainly close to home， good medical technology， and low price， the residents believed that the most difficult access to community health services was inpatient service（53.09%）， residents’ satisfaction with community health services was 83.63%， and satisfaction with community health service centers was 93.09%. Conclusion： Community residents have a greater demand for community health services， and general practitioners play a pivotal role in primary health services， and further strengthening the capacity building of community health services is of great significance to promoting the sustainable development of primary health care.
