Effect of n- hexane on heat shock protein 70 and total antioxidant capacity in rats
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of n-hexane on heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in rats. Method 40 SD male rats were randomly divided into four groups. n-hexane was administered at doses of 0 mg/kg (the negative control group), 150mg/kg, 300mg/kg, 600mg/kg by intraperito-neal injection. All rats were observed for 7 days. Then all rats were sacrificed to obtain serum. The serum level of Hsp70 and T-AOC were determined. Result There were no significant differences between general situations of control group and exposure groups. Compared with the negative control group, exposure dose rising, content of Hsp70 increased, activity of T-AOC decreased among exposure groups presented a significant dose-effect relationship and significance of difference。(P 1.3.2 总抗氧化能力（T-AOC)的测定：总抗氧化能力的检测严格按照试剂盒说明书进行，根据公式计算出它们的含量。
