护理质量管理在健康体检中心护理工作中的应用

【摘要】 目的：研究护理质量管理在健康体检中心护理工作中的应用。方法：选取本院2015年3月-2016年3月期间进行健康体检的200例对象进行研究，将其随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各
100例。对照组实施常规护理，试验组在此基础上实施护理质量管理。比较两组体检人员对护理满意度情况以及两组护理人员专科业务考核成绩。结果：试验组满意度为97.00%，对照组体检人员为83.00%，观察组满意度明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组护理人员专科业务考核如笔试成绩、技能操作成绩等与对照组护理人员相比显著较高（P<0.05）。结论：护理质量管理在健康体检中心护理工作中的应用效果非常显著，可有效提升客户满意度，并提升护理人员的理论知识和既能操作水平。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the application of nursing quality management in nursing work in health checkup centers.Method：200 subjects from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected for study.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group，100 cases in each group.The control group performed routine nursing.The experimental group based on the control group was given the nursing quality management.The physical examination personnel to the satisfaction of nursing and the nursing personnel specialist business assessment results of two groups were compared.Result：The satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.00% significantly higher than that of the control group with 83.00%，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.In the experimental group，the nurses’ specialty business assessments，such as written test scores and skill operation performance were significantly higher than those of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of nursing quality management in the health examination center nursing work is very significant，which can effectively improve customer satisfaction，and improve the nursing staff’s theoretical knowledge and ability to operate.

随着国民生活水平的提高以及社会经济的快速发展及社会整体健康意识的增强，因而人们对预防保健提出了更高要求，健康体检对人类起着重要作用[1-2]。人们对医院体检中心护理工作也提出了更高的要求，健康体检工作当中的护理服务质量也越来越重要[3-4]。本文即选取本院2015年3月-2016年3月期间进行健康体检的200例人员为对象进行研究，将其随机分为试验组和对照组，各100例，从而对护理质量管理在健康体检中心护理工作中的应用进行了研究与分析，现具体报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 选取本院2015年3月-2016年3月期间进行健康體检的200例对象进行研究，年龄18～67岁，平均（43.6±2.8）岁，将其随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各100例。纳入标准：所有患者均为体检患者。排除标准：有精神疾病患者，肝肾损伤患者，孕产妇患者。所有患者均签署知情同意书，经医院伦理委员会批准，符合医学伦理学。试验组男58例，女42例；对照组男45例，女55例，两组的性别比例比较面差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。本院健康体检科共有10名护理人员，年龄22～48岁，平均（34.2士1.3）岁，将其分为试验组和对照组，每组各5名，即每组护士2名，护师1名，主管护师2名。
