    【早期干预对早产儿生长发育的影响】 早产儿生长发育标准表

    　　摘要：目的：探讨对早产儿进行早期干预对其发育的影响。方法：将在我社区的56例早产儿设为A组，采取高危新生儿早期干预措施；把56例足月新生儿设为B组，按照普通的干预方法进行实施，定期比较两组的的体格发育情况。结果：A组和B组的婴儿在出生3个月时，对其头围、身长和体重进行比较，两组差异明显（P0.05）。结论：通过对早产儿进行早期干预，可以使其体格发育情况追赶上足月儿。

    　　Abstract：Objective:to study the early intervention to premature to its development impact. Methods:in my community 56 cases of premature set to A group, take high-risk neonatal early intervention measures; The term newborns 56 cases set to group B, regularly compared between the two groups of the development of the situation. Results:A group and group B in the baby was born three months, the head circumference, body length and weight more, have significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion:early intervention of premature infants, can make its development situation catch up with full term.
